Label Artwork

Our professional design studio are happy to create your label design for you, for only £125 ex vat. However, if you would like to supply your own print ready artwork, please ensure you include the following information and supply to the correct size and format.

 

Your label MUST include the following text:

Bottled Still Water

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight

Best Before: See date on bottle neck

Bottled at source in the Black Mountains for Waterfront Promotions

330ml (or appropriate size in ml, i.e. 250ml, 330ml, 500ml or 750ml)

Recyclable

Label Sizes

For 250ml, 330ml, 500ml Plastic bottles - label size 155mm x 58mm.

For 750ml Glass bottles - label size 190mm x 84mm.

 

Format

Our preferred format is an Adobe Illustrator PDF file or EPS file. All fonts MUST be outlined. If any images are used, they must be embedded in the document and placed at 100% with 300dpi resolution. We can also accept the following formats:

QuarkXpress v.6

Please send all images and font types used with the document, and supply in Mac format.

Photoshop

Four Colour Process images should be supplied as 300dpi CMYK files, in eps format. All fonts used should be converted to images.

Freehand MX

Freehand documents should be converted to editable .eps format. Placed images used in the artwork should also be supplied, and any fonts should be converted to paths.

 

 We are unable to use Microsoft Word, Powerpoint or Publisher documents. Images downloaded from the internet are usually very low resolution and are NOT suitable for the print process. The printing process is CMYK (full colour). If any Pantone (PMS) colours are required, please specify the pantone reference with your order.

Labels are either printed digitally or full colour litho, depending on quantity. All labels are printed on high-quality material. All orders are supplied with a PDF proof as standard at £20. If you require a press proof, a charge of £45 applies.
